PURPOSE: IN THIS PROCESS YOU WILL FIND HOW TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS IN PRACTICAL SOLUTION AND WHAT ARE STEPS TO CONTINUE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE

RESPONSIBLE: CALL CENTER

GLOSSARY: PRACTICE FUNCIONWAS THE LARGEST CLOUD-BASED ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD (EHR) PLATFORM FOR DOCTORS AND PATIENTS.

STEP 1

GO TO LOG IN YOUR (EHR) ACCOUNT AND START CHARTING / PRACTICE FUSION AND LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

STEP 2

SELECT “CHARTS” FROM LEFT SIDE OF SCREEN 

STEP 3

ENTER NAME, PHONE, DATE OF BIRTH, LAS 4 NUMBERS OF SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OR PRN.

STEP 4

SELECT THE PATIENTS NAME. 

STEP 5

COPY PRN 

STEP 6

SELECT SCHEDULE FROM LEFT SIDE OF SCREEN.

SELECT WEEK

STEP 8

SELECT DATE AND TIME

STEP 9

PASTE PRN

STEP 10

STEP 10: SELECT APPOINTMENT DETAILS: PROVIDER, FACILITY, CHIEF COMPLAINT (REASON OF APT) AND TYPE OF APPOINTMENT

STEP 11

SELECT SAVE AND APPOINTMENT SHOULD BE SCHEDULED.
